CPM Wolverine Proctor has an opening for a Sales Manager to work in an international sales team selling Capital Equipment into various market segments and countries.

A proven sales track record is a pre-requisite and demonstrable. Ability to close deals and with sales margins in excess of targets set by the company is expected by the suitable candidate.

Main Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales targets and objectives within the region.
• Be an active influence when attending business meetings and exhibitions
• To develop and become an expert in relevant products, marketing strategies and liaise with the Managing Director on various customer developments and competitor activity.
• High involvement with the preparation of estimates and tenders.
• To increase sales growth by following up sales leads, analysing the territory and market to identify new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Experience

• You will have solid sales experience within the capital equipment market.
• You will have a strong capacity to build strong relationships with customers.
• You will be an excellent communicator at all levels.
• You will have a 'will do' attitude and someone looking to prove them self within a fast growing environment.
• You'll be a self starter and an effective problem solver.
• Full and clean driving licence.
