Why use Long Tubes?
Jet-tubes create a large chamber between the product and air return plenum to settle out fines from the recirculated air stream, preventing product loss. This chamber reduces returning air velocity, preventing interference with the main fluidizing air stream. Jet-tubes project an undispersed column of air into the product bed, resulting in optimum fluidization and highest heat transfer. The process is not conveyor loading sensitive as the treatment air is evenly dispersed before contacting the product.

SN Series Fluidized Bed
The most widely used fluidized bed processor is designed to be compact, with combustion chamber and recirculation fans installed within the dryer housing.
The process air is recirculated through cyclones to remove any airborne fines. A high percentage of air recirculation leads to lower fuel consumption.

SR Series Fluidized Bed
Designed for installations with minimum head room or limited floor space. Recirculation fans, combustion chambers and cyclones are installed separately from the dryer housing and can be remotely located outside the process area. Shown is an SR series dryer equipped with an oscillating pan type conveyor.
SNB/SRB Series Fluidized Bed
For applications requiring long dwell time or continuous belt cleaning, Jetzone dryers are available with chain driven hinged non-perforated metal slat conveyors or continuous high temperature flexible conveyor belts. Optional belt washers provide continuous or intermittent cleaning capability. Shown is an SRB series dryer equipped with a slatted belt conveyor.
SND Fluidized Bed
With combustion chamber, recirculation fans and fines separation all within the dryer housing, the SND gives substantial floor space saving while still producing maximum capacity and quality products.
