How It Works

Treatment air, delivered through long tubes arranged in a continuous overlapping pattern above and below an open mesh conveyor, impinges on both sides of the product at high velocity. This rapidly strips away the hot air next to the surface, greatly accelerating heat transfer and reducing cooling time.
